We are Randy and Lynne Beardslee, the owners of The Cleaning Guy LLC in Davison, Michigan. I have been in the janitorial industry most of my adult life. I started my first Michigan commercial cleaning service at 28 years old and have been cleaning buildings ever since.

My wife and I have been providing janitorial services in Flint, MI, for over 30 years. In December of 2023 we sold all the contracts we owned as the business owner of The Cleaning Guy LLC. We still own the business name, but we are basically semi-retired, cleaning a select few accounts ourselves.

We are still taking on work if you would be interested in us cleaning your facility. However, we only take on smaller-sized commercial buildings, and we do not clean residential homes. Since we do not have anymore employees working for us, if I bid on the cleaning of your facility and you agreed to contract with us, my wife Lynne and I would do the cleaning ourselves.

During the time we had our business, we had many long-term business relationships with a great majority of our clients, some 15 years or more!

What does this mean for you?

It means that we take pride in the work we do and the cleanliness of your facility.

The national average of commercial cleaning companies continuing to clean for someone is 2–2.5 years. The Cleaning Guy LLC has kept accounts for 8, 10, 12 plus years at a time and has the testimonial letters to prove it. Bottom line is, our customers like what we do and how responsible we are in taking the burden of the cleanliness of their facility off of their shoulders.

We know what we are doing, and we understand the needs of a commercial facility and literally how to keep it clean. We make sure your facility is at a high level of cleanliness.

While we owned and operated our small business over the years, we had up to 40 customers at a time. We were not at all a large company, and I tried to do everything I could to take care of the customers needs, taking the burden of the cleaning off of their shoulders and applying it to mine.

Nothing has changed in that regard. I am NOT a large company that has a distant traveling manager who doesn’t seem to be concerned with your needs or the cleanliness of your facility. I am your personal contact, and my wife and I see to it as the owners of The Cleaning Guy LLC that your facility is cleaned to your satisfaction.
