1. Do you clean any residential homes?
NO! We DO NOT clean homes. We are a Commercial Office Cleaning Janitorial Service.
2. What types of businesses do you clean?
We clean medical and dental practices, insurance offices, accountant offices, chiropractors, churches, private schools, managed commercial properties, small manufacturing, if it has offices we clean it!
3. What services are included in your Basic 5 Office Cleaning Program?
Trash Removal, Restroom Cleaning, Dusting and Wiping Down, Sweeping and Vacuuming and Floor Mopping. Within that program we will use stainless steel polish, spot clean entrance door windows, disinfect & sanitize restrooms, refill paper products, and more.
4. Do you provide one-time cleaning services or only recurring contracts?
Normally we seek to develop a long-term business relationship with our customers, so, most of our customers contract with us for a bi-weekly, weekly or daily cleaning service. However, we have also given many facilities a one-time deep cleaning.
5. How do you price your services?
The cleaning cost is determined by multiple factors but not limited to such things as… square footage of facility, condition/age of facility, convenience of location, amount of employee’s using facility, business environment, frequency of cleaning, how much tile, how many restrooms, how much carpeting, how many and types of floor mating, times facility is available, daily foot traffic, etc.
6. Are your cleaning products eco-friendly and safe?
We use high quality standard industry cleaning chemicals and do not use “green cleaning” products. It’s not that we are apposed to using such products and if the customer wanted to supply us with a particular cleaning chemical they wanted us to use we certainly would consider it.
7. Can you clean after business hours or on weekends?
It is our standard process to clean our customers facility after normal business hours. Commonly, we clean after the business closes for the day. Because we are fully bonded and insured and have fantastic references most businesses trust us with keys and codes to their building so we can clean professionally when little to no people are in the facility. We can clean during the week or on the weekend. However, most facilities want weekend cleaning and those spots fill up quickly.
8. Do you have insurance and certifications?
Yes we are fully up to date on all our business liability and bonding insurance. A Certificate of Insurance can always be provided upon request.
9. What measures do you take to ensure quality and consistency?
The only measures we know to take is living by a God fearing Christian ethic! We believe we are working and preforming for and in front of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ. With God the Creator of this universe and our Creator he requires absolute perfection in all our lives! However, since all of humanity is a fallen race only One is perfect. We promise you that we do not do perfect work! We make mistakes! Yet we understand that all of us have to stand before God one day and give an account of all our thoughts, words and deeds that we have done in our bodies. Therefore, we strive to live by the highest ethical standard we know to be, yet fallen! 😉
10. How quickly can you respond to special or emergency cleaning requests?
We do not normally take on any emergency work any longer. After 30 years in the industry and doing a lot of last minute scheduling we have chosen to not take on any emergency cleaning contracts. However, specially scheduled one time jobs need to first be thoroughly evaluated before contracting.
