Why do I say “used to be”?

We are semi-retired!

After 30 years in the industry we did it all. We used to strip and wax VCT, hot water carpet cleaning, change light bulbs, wash windows and offer all professional office cleaning services.

However, since 2023 as owner I decided to eliminate all employee’s and sell all my larger accounts.

My wife Lynne and I would be the only ones cleaning your facility if you decide to contract with us. (This means we are only taking on a select few accounts)

Presently, we offer only a basic commercial office cleaning service which includes the 5 Basics.

Restroom Cleaning
Dusting & Wiping down
Sweeping & Vacuuming
Mopping

We would also do a deep cleaning of your office before we begin the regular 5 Basics cleaning program.

This is where we do a thorough dusting and wiping down of all office areas, moving furniture, knocking down cobwebs, sweeping and vacuuming thoroughly behind cabinets and furniture, concentrating on high and low areas of the facility.

We would also do a thorough scrubbing and disinfecting of your kitchen/break-room and restrooms.

For an added cost above the 5 Basics, we can also wipe down window blinds and clean & wash windows professionally with the proper squeegee system.

PLEASE take note that my wife and I are not spring chickens any longer, 😉 but even though it might take us a little longer we always work steady, hard and offer you a professional cleaning service with years of commercial janitorial cleaning experience behind the work we do.
