About The Cleaning Guy LLC

The Cleaning Guy LLC is a local, family-owned business serving small to medium-sized commercial facilities with personal, dependable cleaning. Randy and Lynne Beardslee own The Cleaning Guy LLC and partner with their son Bradley, who is closely involved in all the work and daily operations. With more than 30 years of commercial cleaning experience, our family understands what local business owners and managers need.

Our faith and family are a big part of who we are. We are faithful Christians, active in our church, and blessed with four adult children and 16 grandchildren. Our cleaning experience began in 1989 with our first cleaning business.

Randy and Lynne personally handle most of the cleaning services we provide, allowing us to maintain our high standards of quality and reliability. When needed, we may also work with employees to meet the specific needs of certain facilities. Regardless of the team involved, we remain committed to providing dependable, quality commercial cleaning services.

Over the years, we’ve built long-term customer relationships, including accounts lasting 8, 10, 12, and even 15+ years. In an industry where the average is only 2 to 2.5 years, we believe that says a lot.
